5. Apple and Third Parties

When you download or purchase an App through the Apple App Store, Apple—not Grave Danger Media LLC—processes transaction and account information under Apple’s Privacy Policy. Device operating systems may also generate crash logs or analytics if you have enabled system-level sharing. These are controlled by Apple and your device settings.

6. Children

Our Apps are suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for sale or marketing. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising device use by minors.

7. Data Security

Because most App data and preferences are stored locally (or in cloud locations you control), security depends largely on your device passcode, biometrics, operating system updates, and physical control of the device. No method of storage is 100% secure.

  • Uninstall an App to remove its local data (subject to how the operating system manages app data)
  • Manage files you saved outside the App using the system file tools

9. International Users

Our Apps may be offered worldwide through the App Store. Local storage occurs on your device. If you contact us by email, your message may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our email providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Apps, website, or applicable laws change. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be noted in App Store release notes when appropriate.
